Nel campo della psicologia del lavoro applicata, una varietà di strumenti e metodi consente di analizzare e migliorare il benessere e le prestazioni dei lavoratori, ciascuno con una funzione specifica.

  • Questionari validati: strumenti di raccolta dati costruiti e testati secondo criteri statistici per garantire attendibilità e validità.
  • Questionari tradotti: questionari sviluppati ad hoc per uno specifico progetto o contesto, ma che non sono stati sottoposti a un processo di validazione statistica. Possono essere utili in fase esplorativa o pilota. Nel nostro caso, i questionari tradotti corrispondono essenzialmente alle traduzioni dei tools in italiano.
  • Tracce di interviste: schemi guida o griglie che orientano la conduzione di interviste qualitative. Aiutano l’intervistatore a mantenere un filo logico, pur lasciando spazio a risposte libere e approfondite da parte dell’intervistato.
  • Assessment system: sistema strutturato per la valutazione di competenze, abilità o performance. Può includere prove standardizzate, osservazioni, esercitazioni pratiche e feedback. Utilizzato in ambito HR, educativo o clinico.
  • AI system: sistema basato su intelligenza artificiale, progettato per analizzare dati, fornire raccomandazioni, o automatizzare processi decisionali. In un contesto formativo o di ricerca, può supportare l’analisi di grandi dataset o la personalizzazione di contenuti.
  • Report model: modello strutturato per la redazione di report, che definisce sezioni, stile, formato e criteri di presentazione dei dati o dei risultati. Utile per assicurare uniformità nei documenti di progetto o ricerca.
  • Esercitazioni: attività pratiche progettate per rafforzare conoscenze teoriche e sviluppare competenze specifiche. Possono essere individuali o di gruppo, simulate o reali, e spesso includono momenti di riflessione o discussione.
  • Model-plan: piano guida che descrive le fasi operative, gli obiettivi, i tempi e le risorse necessarie per la realizzazione di un progetto, attività o percorso formativo. Funziona come riferimento per monitorare e valutare l’andamento.
