Decision-making

I prodotti di ricerca realizzati e che seguono mostrano come il decision-making, pur essendo un atto quotidiano, assuma nei contesti organizzativi una valenza strategica in grado di incidere in profondità sul benessere delle persone e sull’efficacia dei processi. L’analisi scientifica mette in luce la complessità di tale processo, in cui si intrecciano fattori cognitivi, emotivi, sociali e ambientali, e studia le modalità con cui individui e gruppi affrontano scelte in condizioni di incertezza, pressione o ambiguità. L’obiettivo è comprendere come le decisioni possano essere rese più consapevoli e funzionali, garantendo maggiore affidabilità e sostenibilità nei sistemi organizzativi

Il centro di ricerca APRESO adotta un approccio multidisciplinare che integra contributi provenienti dalla psicologia, dalle scienze sociali e dalle tecnologie emergenti, con l’intento di tradurre la conoscenza in strumenti operativi. Tali strumenti sono concepiti per supportare individui e organizzazioni nel miglioramento della qualità delle scelte e nella promozione di una cultura fondata sul pensiero critico e sulla responsabilità decisionale
