Il centro di ricerca APRESO si occupa dello studio scientifico dell’intelligenza artificiale (IA) applicata alla psicologia del lavoro, con l’obiettivo di comprendere e valorizzare il ruolo delle nuove tecnologie nei contesti organizzativi. L’attività di ricerca si fonda su un approccio interdisciplinare che integra competenze psicologiche, informatiche e organizzative, al fine di analizzare in che modo l’IA possa contribuire al miglioramento del benessere individuale e collettivo nei luoghi di lavoro. In particolare, APRESO indaga il potenziale dell’intelligenza artificiale nell’ottimizzare i processi decisionali, nella gestione delle risorse umane e nell’efficientamento delle dinamiche aziendali, promuovendo modelli di intervento basati sull’evidenza empirica. Una particolare attenzione è rivolta agli aspetti sociali, etici ed emotivi derivanti dall’interazione tra esseri umani e tecnologie intelligenti, con l’intento di promuovere una cultura organizzativa responsabile e inclusiva. Le attività del centro mirano a favorire un dialogo consapevole tra scienza, innovazione tecnologica e comunità professionali, contribuendo alla definizione di pratiche sostenibili e allineate ai valori del benessere psicologico e dell’efficienza organizzativa. APRESO si configura quindi come un punto di riferimento per la ricerca avanzata nell’ambito dell’interazione uomo-macchina in contesti lavorativi complessi.
