I prodotti di ricerca realizzati e che seguono mostrano come il centro di ricerca APRESO si collochi oggi tra i riferimenti scientifici più rilevanti nello studio dell’intelligenza artificiale applicata alla psicologia del lavoro. L’obiettivo principale è quello di comprendere e valorizzare il ruolo delle nuove tecnologie nei contesti organizzativi, attraverso un approccio interdisciplinare che integra competenze psicologiche, informatiche e organizzative. Questo consente di indagare in che modo l’IA possa contribuire al benessere individuale e collettivo, ottimizzando processi decisionali, gestione delle risorse umane ed efficienza aziendale
Una parte consistente delle attività di APRESO riguarda la definizione di modelli di intervento basati sull’evidenza empirica, con una particolare attenzione agli aspetti sociali, etici ed emotivi che derivano dall’interazione uomo-macchina. Le ricerche promuovono una cultura organizzativa responsabile e inclusiva, stimolando un dialogo consapevole tra scienza, innovazione tecnologica e comunità professionali. In questo modo il centro contribuisce alla diffusione di pratiche sostenibili, capaci di coniugare efficienza organizzativa e tutela del benessere psicologico, consolidando la propria posizione come punto di riferimento per la ricerca avanzata sull’interazione tra esseri umani e tecnologie intelligenti nei contesti lavorativi complessi
