Il centro di ricerca APRESO si dedica allo studio approfondito dell’applicazione dell’intelligenza artificiale nel campo della psicologia del lavoro, esplorando le potenzialità di questa tecnologia nel migliorare la comprensione dei comportamenti organizzativi e nell’ottimizzazione dei processi decisionali. Attraverso un approccio interdisciplinare, APRESO analizza come l’AI possa supportare il benessere dei lavoratori, la gestione delle risorse umane e l’efficienza aziendale, combinando metodologie scientifiche con strumenti innovativi. Con un’attenzione particolare all’impatto sociale ed emotivo dell’AI, APRESO si propone di creare un dialogo costruttivo tra scienza, tecnologia e comunità lavorative.
