Competitive Projects

Competitive projects are research initiatives funded through calls for proposals that select the most deserving proposals based on criteria of scientific excellence, innovation and impact. Participating in such projects enables the development of advanced studies on topics such as human resources management, organisational well-being and innovation in work processes. These initiatives promote interdisciplinary and international collaborations, helping to improve the quality of work and organisations at various levels.

European projects represent key opportunities for APRESO to develop collaborations with other international institutions within the framework of EU-funded research programmes such as Horizon Europe. Through these initiatives, the centre participates in interdisciplinary research on key topics for the future of organisations, such as human resources management in global contexts, technological innovation, ethical leadership and organisational health. These projects enable APRESO to broaden the scope of its research, actively contributing to finding innovative and sustainable solutions at the European level.

Regional projects are funded by local authorities, aimed at supporting growth and innovation in the region. APRESO, working with local companies and institutions, develops projects that respond to the specific needs of the regional context, promoting working wellbeing, sustainability and organisational growth in local companies. Projects range from optimising production processes to improving the organisational climate in SMEs.

National projects address challenges on a national scale. Thanks to these opportunities, APRESO can extend the impact of its research to common issues in Italy, such as occupational well-being, digital transformation and occupational safety. The centre collaborates with public and private entities, working on solutions that foster organisational innovation and human resources development, with tangible benefits for the entire national production system.

By participating in projects at all these levels, APRESO not only contributes to local and national development, but also actively cooperates with international partners to improve the quality of work and organisation throughout Europe.
